Ruzhou Micro Structure Ceramic Limited Company is a domestic shared enterprise that specializes in production of aluminum oxide microcrystalline grinding balls, and it locates at industry cluster district of Ruzhou, Henan province, which ensures abundant resources and convenient transportation.

With the registered capital of RMB13 million, the registered trademark of “Wang Tianjing”, a total staff number of 302, the fixed capital of RMB37.5 million, and the aluminum oxide microcrystalline balls production of 70,000 ton, the company is the largest domestic microcrystalline ball manufacturer so far.

Since the foundation, Ruzhou Micro Structure Ceramic Limited Company realized micro powder coacervation and solid granulating process for the first time, after decades of years’ research on alumina balls. Microcrystalline structured alumina balls were produced, by applying tunnel kiln technology, which made it possible to decrease to 1/3 of the abrasion of normal aluminum balls and totally changed the weakness of normal alumina balls such as hypobarism and large abrasion. Because of the appropriate proportion and super low abrasion, the grinding efficiency is obviously improved, by optimizing proportion of ball grinding mill and adding ball bulking density, thus opening up a broad space for energy-saving in ceramic industry.
