Product Description
Advantages of metal composite ceramic wear-resistant ball in cement industry (compared with steel forging)
1. Energy saving and low carbon: the current of the main motor of the mill is reduced by 20%, and the electricity saving per ton of cement is about 10% (process power consumption);
2. Improving quality and efficiency: improving the performance of cement products, increasing the number of spherical particles, and improving the compatibility of cement products with admixtures;
3. Cooling and noise reduction: the temperature in the mill is reduced by about 15 ℃, and the noise of the mill is reduced by about 15db;
4. Wear resistance and crushing resistance: ball consumption is generally steel ball 1/3. For example, PO42.5 cement is produced, high chromium steel ball consumption is 25 g/t cement (JC/T-533-2016), and metal composite ceramic ball consumption is ≤ 8 g/t cement;
5. Green environmental protection: reducing heavy metal pollution is conducive to the realization of the national standard on the limit value of water-soluble hexavalent chromium ion content in cement products (≤ 10 mg/kg,GB31893-2015 mg/kg), inorganic non-metallic materials, no chromium pollution;
6. The ceramic grinding body is made of inorganic non-metallic material with covalent bond structure, which eliminates electrostatic adsorption and reduces the phenomenon of over-grinding.
